LICENSED EMPLOYEE INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS
The board will enter into a written contract with licensed employees, other than administrators, employed on a regular basis. Each contract will be for a period of one year.
It is the responsibility of the superintendent to present a list of licensed employees to the board for contract approval. Following board approval and at the specified time, the business manager shall print contracts. The contracts, after being signed by the board president, shall be distributed to employees for signature. The employee shall return a signed contract within the specified time as stated in Chapter 20 of the Iowa Code with the business manager.
