Athletic Physicals
Attention 7th through 12th graders! Ensure you're ready for the upcoming year of sports and activities.
Per state law, every student-athlete needs to have an up-to-date sports-qualifying physical. These physicals remain valid for 13 months from the date of the last examination. The required forms can be uploaded to the BOUND portal whenever necessary. If you do not have a current physical form at the time of online registration you can upload within the BOUND portal at a later date.
