Online Activities Registration
Starting in the fall of 2024, North Polk will be a full partner with BOUND, a full-scale athletic, activities, and facilities management system. As part of this transition, going forward all students in grades 7-12 participating in activities must register through BOUND.
All student-athletes are required to enter emergency contact information, upload their physical, and sign off on the Code of Conduct and Concussion Form. This registration is different, and in addition to, regular school registration.
Before beginning the online activities registration process, please make sure to read all the information provided on this page.
Online Registration: Activities Registration for each school year will open in late July. Parents/Guardians and students should complete the online registration process together.

North Polk Bound Registration Directions
Student Physicals: Per state law, every student-athlete needs to have an up-to-date sports-qualifying physical. These physicals remain valid for 13 months from the date of the last examination. The required forms can be uploaded to the portal whenever necessary. If you do not have a current physical form at the time of online registration you can upload within the BOUND portal at a later date.
Code of Conduct and Concussion Waiver: All student-athletes and their parents/guardians are required to read and sign off on a concussion waiver and the code of conduct as a part of the online activities registration process. The following fact sheet and waiver will be reviewed during the online registration process.
