Pursuant to the enactment of SF 2170 by the Iowa Legislature, the Notice to Bidders process outlined in Iowa Code 26.3, which informs the bidding community of the district’s intention to solicit competitive bids for a public improvement project, will be published on this page.

A request for proposal (RFP) or request for quote (RFQ) is a solicitation made through a bidding process to procure a service or valuable asset. The NPCSD is seeking proposals for a synthetic track resurfacing project along with marking and painting. Sealed bids should be submitted to the North Polk Community School District at the District Office located at 13930 NE 6th Street (door 9), Alleman, IA 50007, by 12:00 p.m. on June 14th, 2024. The bids will be opened immediately following and publicly read at the North Polk District Office. More details below.
