Request a Facility

North Polk facilities are available for community use outside of school hours. This includes outdoor fields, gymnasiums, commons areas, and the auditorium.

All facility reservations must be submitted through the Bound system and are subject to approval prior to use. A Facility Request account must be created and approved before requests can be submitted.

Outdoor Fields (Baseball, Softball, Turf)

North Polk outdoor baseball, softball, and turf facilities are available for team and community use.

Requests for outdoor field use must be submitted through Bound and are approved based on availability and scheduling needs. Limited use may be accommodated depending on demand.

Gymnasiums

Gymnasium use is scheduled through a lottery system due to high demand. All requests must be submitted through Bound and are subject to the lottery scheduling process.

Commons & Auditorium

Commons areas and the auditorium are available for approved use outside of school hours. Requests must be submitted through Bound and will be reviewed based on availability and event needs.
