Fundraising Request Form
To ensure the district office is able to track all the fundraising events and dollars happening throughout our buildings, please ensure you fill out the fundraising request form to gain board approval, prior to the kickoff of the fundraiser (board policy states approval is needed prior to the fundraiser). This process ensures transparency and accountability, while also eliminating any uncertainty about the revenue generated and money coming into the Business Office following the event.
