Operations and Human Resources

At North Polk CSD, we are dedicated to building a vibrant and inclusive educational community. Spanning five buildings within our district and with a dedicated team of over 350 staff members, our unwavering commitment is to attract and retain a diverse, passionate workforce that is deeply committed to fostering collaboration, innovation, and most importantly, putting our students at the forefront of everything we do. 

Operations:

As Executive Director of Operations & HR, Mr. Seth Poldberg leads the district's Operations Departments- Buildings & Grounds, Food & Nutrition, Technology, and Transportation- as well as Human Resources.

Human Resources:

The North Polk Human Resources Department supports staff and leaders to foster a high-performing, supportive workplace. The HR Department oversees the complete employee life cycle, manages key administrative services across the district, develops and implements HR programs that directly contribute to our objectives.
