Walnut Creek School Based Therapy Services

Walnut Creek is proud to provide school-based therapy services in the North Polk School District. Each school building has access to a licensed mental health therapist to provide counseling at the school building during the school day, allowing for more time to be spent in the classroom rather than traveling to appointments. Walnut Creek partners closely with the school, family, and community to ensure positive outcomes for each student.

Referrals can be made directly to the school administration and counselors, the individual therapist, or to the Walnut Creek main office. Walnut Creek therapists accept most private insurances, Medicaid, Crime Victim Assistance Funds, and private pay.
