Transportation

Getting Your Student to School Safely
At North Polk, our transportation team makes sure students get to and from school safely, on time, and ready to learn. From yellow buses to vans and suburban routes, our drivers know our students by name and take pride in providing reliable, caring service every day.
We run a double-routing system with staggered start times so elementary and secondary students get where they need to be efficiently. Below you’ll find everything you need about next year’s registration, mid-year changes, bus routes, and activity shuttles.
Transportation Requests for 2026-27
If your student(s) need transportation more than twice per week next school year, requests must be submitted directly through the registration process in Infinite Campus.
Important: Complete registration by June 1 to ensure your child has transportation on day one of school.
Transportation Requests for 2025–26
The Mid-Year Transportation Request Form is no longer available.
If you need changes or additions for the remainder of the current school year, please contact Marcy Hanigan, our Director of Transportation, directly.
