• Community Needs Assessment Survey 2017

    Objective:

The survey, 20 questions in length, creates an opportunity for North Polk’s stakeholders to provide feedback regarding a variety of topics.  Responses will be used to gauge public opinion and identify areas of perceived strengths and weaknesses, respectively.

Please note, the detailed summary stops after Q19. The final question was not included because it contained personal contact information of respondents.  This was an optional question, most did not leave contact information.

    Overview:

The survey was administered electronically using Google Forms.  Paper copies were available upon request, however this method was not utilized by participants.  The survey was open for one week during June 2017.  A total of 204 responses were received, with all but 3 submitted by a parent of current students.
