Communication: We are committed to effective communication with all stakeholders, fostering transparency and collaboration throughout our community. The district sends all district communication/ updates on Thursdays via our messenger tool, Blackboard Mass Notifications. This message will go directly to your email. Information is pulled via Infinite Campus, our Student Information System, so be sure to keep that contact information up to date. Building updates will come on Friday via a newsletter to your email inbox and lastly, teacher updates/communications will come on an as-needed basis.

Student Information System: North Polk CSD utilizes Infinite Campus as its web-based Student Information System (SIS), providing a platform for students and parents alike to access a wide range of essential resources. Within this system, you can:

  • Monitor your student's grades and attendance.

  • Update household contact information for seamless communication.

  • Manage school fees and transactions.

  • Facilitate student registration for school.

School Supply Lists: All school supply lists can be found on our website by visiting the link below. Individual teachers may make additional supply requests during the first week of school and throughout the year. At the high school level, students bring basic supplies of their choosing for classes (pen/notebook). If a teacher requires a specific item for their class, the student will be advised the first week of school (usually listed in the student’s syllabus).
