How to Register

1. Log in

• Go to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
  No login? Contact our District Registrar, Jacob Griffin, to set up access.

2. Open Online Registration

• In the Parent Portal, click “More” → “Online Registration.”

3. Select Existing Student Registration

• Make sure you are in the 2026-27 school year.

• Review each student’s information and all tabs for accuracy.

4. Add New Students (if applicable)

• For Preschool, TK, Kindergarten, or other new students not yet registered, click “Add New Student” and complete all required tabs.

Tip: If already added during New Student registration, you don’t need to repeat this step.

5. Submit
Click Submit to finish.

• Log in through the Parent Portal, where you will be able to pay all fees, including adding funds to your student's lunch account. Fees will be available in August. 
   

• Please note that all student fees must be paid before your child's first day of school. We look forward to having your family back with us for another school year!

Registration for the 2026-27 school year will open on April 1. We encourage families to register by June 1, 2026, to ensure transportation requests are processed and to guarantee busing for the start of the school year.

Yes, if you need to make any changes after submitting your registration, you can log back into the Parent Portal to update your information.

Yes! If you need transportation, it can be requested during the enrollment registration process. Please make sure to submit your registration by June 1, 2026, to ensure that your transportation request is processed. Any requests after this date may not have transportation available at the start of the school year.

If you need to add a new student who has already completed the New Student Proof of Residency step, you can add them through the Parent Portal. Follow the instructions above to complete the process.

North Polk offers both Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and Kindergarten programs for all levels of learners. If your child turns 5 years old on or before September 15, 2026, they are eligible for Transitional Kindergarten (TK). Our TK program provides all-day classes on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at West in Polk City or Central in Alleman at a slightly slower pace compared to regular Kindergarten. If you're unsure which level to enroll in, please contact your child's current preschool teacher for their suggestion.
