Kids Create is a children's studio that encourages a love of learning, creativity, and kindness. Kids Create is owned by Elizabeth Lyons, a former public school art teacher. The majority of their classes are centered around 2 of her passions, Art & Animals. She is an active foster for several area rescues, and you'll see "animal guests" noted on many event descriptions. Kids Create also welcomes a variety of exciting guest instructors who offer opportunities in crochet, sewing, culinary arts, STEM, robotics, archaeology, magic, stop motion animation, soap making, LEGOS, and more!
- When: weekday, weekend, daytime, and evening options. Find camps that run all day or for just a couple of hours. There are options for everyone's schedule.

NH Fitness Young Adult Program: This program is designed to help our Young Adult Athletes who are serious about upping the levels of their game!
Information provided covers multiple topics, including nutrition for performance, rest/recovery/sleep importance, understanding and working with hormones, stress reduction, and more! Please fill out the form below, and she will be in contact with you about your athlete, small group, or team, as there are a variety of options for you to choose from!
