  • North Polk School Foundation 2026 Comet Open

    • Location: Jester Park Golf Course (Granger, IA)

    • 2026 Fundraising Goal: $15,000 to enrich and support teachers and students directly in the classroom

    • 2025 Funds Raised: Over $10,000!!!

Comet Volleyball Youth Night:

On Tuesday, September 15 the North Polk High School Volleyball team takes on the ADM Tigers. Come to the North Polk High School gym and join us for a night of fun! The JV and Freshman volleyball games begin at 5:00 p.m. with the Varsity game following at 7:00. Youth volleyball players may wear a Comet Volleyball jersey or t-shirt to get in free! We encourage all future volleyball players to arrive early for signed posters, picture taking, sign making, and more. We will do a youth volleyball player parade between the JV and Varsity matches at 6:45, and we would like future Comet Volleyball players there to participate. Go Comets!

The Fine Arts Booster Club is excited to invite you to our annual Adults Only Trivia Night on Saturday, September 19, from 7:00–9:30 PM at the Polk City Legion! Check-in begins at 6:30 PM.

Grab a group of friends, family, or coworkers and put your trivia knowledge to the test!

🎟️ Tickets: $80 per table (up to 8 people) Your registration includes snacks and water.

Cash Prizes 🥇 1st Place – $150🥈 2nd Place – $100🥉 3rd Place – $50

There will also be door prizes, snacks, and other surprises throughout the night!

This is an adults-only event. All proceeds from Trivia Night go directly toward supporting the amazing Fine Arts programs throughout the North Polk School District.
