Get Ready for Pre-K!

Preschool registration is right around the corner!

Begin your student’s educational journey with North Polk!

If you have a student who is going to be 4 years old on or before September 15, 2026, and have interest in enrolling in our 4-year-old preschool program, sign-ups begin soon!

This year, registration will be divided into In-District and Out-of-District periods:

  • In-District Registration: January 15 - March 27
  • Out-of-District Registration: February 1 - March 27

Priority registration will go to the following:

  • In-district residents
  • Students of current, contracted North Polk employees
  • Households with current K-12 students who live outside the district and have siblings entering preschool

Proof of residency is required at sign-up. If sign-ups exceed available spots, placement is determined by a lottery system, not first-come, first-served.

Preschool Sessions Offered:

  • Morning: 7:50 AM to 10:50 AM
  • Afternoon: 11:50 AM to 2:50 PM
  • Classes are held four days a week at both West Elementary and Central
  • Elementary, with the same schedule at both locations.

Registration can be completed online for all grade levels in the district. To get started, visit our website at northpolk.org/enroll.
