Since 2019, Rob has been the High School Assistant Principal, focusing on systems, professional learning for staff, and student success.
Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education - Mathematics from Simpson College.
Selected from a strong pool of 21 applicants and four finalists, Rob’s extensive experience and dedication to students and staff make him exceptionally well-prepared to lead one of the top high schools in the state. As principal, he looks forward to building on the school’s strong tradition of excellence while continuing to support student growth, staff development, and a culture of achievement.
"I am honored and blessed to have the opportunity to serve as Principal of North Polk High School," says Sinclair. "Our school has a tradition of excellence, and I am committed to building on that success while continuing to prioritize strong, trusting relationships, academic and personal growth, and a supportive environment for students, staff, and our families. I look forward to partnering with our community as we strive to be the very best high school in the state. Go Comets!"
