Supporting Our Community: North Polk Opens New Food Pantry

We are excited to announce the opening of our new Food Pantry, a valuable resource created to support students, families, and community members in our district. This service is designed to reduce food insecurity and ensure access to essential food items for those who need them most.

Open to All

The Food Pantry is open to anyone in our district or the surrounding communities. No appointment is required during walk-in hours. Just simply stop by and select the food items you need. Our goal is to make accessing support as easy and welcoming as possible.

What's Available

Currently, the Food Pantry offers a variety of non-perishable and frozen food items. In addition, USDA food items are available for those who qualify. To access USDA items, individuals will need to complete a TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) form, which is available at the pantry.

Respectful and Confidential Support

We understand that seeking support can be a sensitive experience. That's why all visits and inquiries are treated with the utmost respect and confidentiality. The Food Pantry is a safe, stigma-free environment committed to helping our community thrive.
